Myers, Florida, the office of Charlie Green will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 7th day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 14 BLOCK A, AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK A SHERWOOD FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
