NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 17 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-063789, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and SHEILA O'CONNOR, SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEILA O'CONNOR and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 810, SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM, BUILDING 8, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1634, PAGE 1240, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS MAY BE DEEMED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
