NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 15, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-001433 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 14 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 20-202, CHESAPEAKE COVE AT HAWTHORNE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded as Instrument Number 2006000234894, and any amendments and/or supplemental declarations thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
