NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Motion to Reset Sale filed August 2, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-051180 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of September, 2012 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 1222, Building 13575, of Musa at Daniels Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Clerk's File No. 2006000193278, and any amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
