ELMORE; BARBARA ELMORE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 17 day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 3, SAN CARLOS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 557, PAGES 354 THROUGH 355, INCLUSIVE, IN THE public records of lee county, florida.

This property is located at the Street address of: 24000 Rodas drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
