NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-053792, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ; CARALAMPIO VALDEZ; ESTHER BERMUDEZ F/K/A ESTHER VALDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARALAMPIO VALDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTHER BERMUDEZ F/K/A ESTHER VALDEZ; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA; WANDA I.
