NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-057826 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and Rosa Tapia; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for Lenders Investment Corp.; Unknown Spouse of Rosa Tapia are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 19 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK H, MCGREGOR GROVES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 23, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
