Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-002592 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BELLA VIDA AT ENTRADA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JEREMY BACON AND CALLI BACON are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 78, Block 8016, BELLA VIDA, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Instrument No. 2005000056034, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
