NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 A.m., on the 19 day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Condominium Parcel: Apartment No. E-4, of Whispering Pines, a Condominium according to the plat thereof and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1317, Page 1237 through 1268, inclusive, as amended in Official Records Book 1413, Page 312, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
