NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 A.m., on the 19 day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 16, Block 12, Unit 3, Willow Lake Addition 1, Section 4, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 18 pages 155 through 162, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
