NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 A.m., on the 19 day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit No. 4, Building No. 5227, Phase No. 1, THE VILLAGE OF CEDARBEND, more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land being a part of “The Village of Cedarbend”, located in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 2 and the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 11, all in the Township 45 South, Range 24 East, City of Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of said Section 11; thence run N 89 degrees 00' 04” E along the north line of said Section 11 for 753.77 feet; thence run N 31 degrees 09' 32” E for 38.90 feet; thence run S 58 degrees 50' 28” E for 73.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence run S 31 degrees 09' 32” W for 36.66 feet; thence run N 58 degrees 50' 28” W for 31.33 feet; thence run N 31 degrees 09' 32” E for 36.66 feet; thence run S 58 degrees 50' 28” E for 31.33 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
