NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-065172 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 5th day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 26, Unit 15, Section 26, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 74, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
