NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-051798 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, JOSE LUIS SOSA, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 19 day of September, 2012, the following described property:
lot 193, imperial gates subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in official records book 59 at page 251 of the public records of lee county, florida; and being more particularly described as follows: all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of section 36, township 47 south, range 25 east, lee county, florida, described as: commencing at the south 1/4 corner of section 36, township 47 south, range 25 east, lee county, florida; thence northerly along the north and south 1/4 line of section 1053.00 feet; thence easterly deflecting 89Ëš42' to the right 695.00 feet for the place of beginning; thence continuing along the last described course 50.00 feet; thence southerly deflecting 90Ëš18' to the right 132.00 feet; thence westerly deflecting 89Ëš42' to the right 50.00 feet; thence northerly deflecting 90Ëš18' to the right 132.00 feet to the place of beginning, being a part of the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of said section.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
