NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-52352 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2007-FA1, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and KOKO KELEDJIAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KOKO KELEDJIAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on September 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 38 AND 39, BLOCK 5588, UNIT 84, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 30 TO 48, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
