NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-052565 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2007-AA3, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and PAULA M. MOSLEY; KELVIN L. MOSLEY; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on September 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2485, OF UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 87 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AT PAGE 89 OF THE SAID PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
