RENZ INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEE L. RENZ REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JULY 10, 2003; BANK OF AMERICA,N.A.; COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB F/K/A TREASURY BANK,N.A.; HAMLET I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
