NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 16 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-52209, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and LEE L. RENZ INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEE L. RENZ REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JULY 10, 2003; BANK OF AMERICA,N.A.; COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB F/K/A TREASURY BANK,N.A.; HAMLET I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
