Arias, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Tenant #1 n/k/a Lazaro Frontela, Tenant #2 n/k/a Manuela Frontela, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
