Final Judgement was awarded on September 18, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 36-2008-CA-022715, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, us bank national association, as trustee for asset-backed pass-through certificates, series 2006-nc1 is the Plaintiff, and, MANUEL BEATON; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE, CORP.; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on September 17, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50 AND 51, BLOCK 3628, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 49, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 145 THROUGH 154, OF HE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
