NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-055206 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-15, Plaintiff, and MATTHEW J. DIRENZO A/K/A MATT DIRENZO, BEVERLY DIRENZO, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 19 day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 939, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 26, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE(S) 117 TO 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
