NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-55199 (I) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and LINDA DOUCETTE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA DOUCETTE, BUSEY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER BUSEY BANK, N.A., ORANGE GROVE PARK CONDOMINIUM, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 19 day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 20, TRACT B. ORANGE GROVE PARK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 794, PAGE 576 AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
