NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-053023 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA , Plaintiff and Jason Alexander Fields a/k/a Jason A. Fields a/k/a Jason Fields and Patricia Fields, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 58, block b, timberwalk, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 81, pages 65 through 70, of the public records of lee county, florida
