NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050231 Div L of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a., also known as wachovia mortgage, a division of wells fargo bank, n.a., formerly known as wachovia mortgage, fsb, formerly known as world savings bank, fsb, Plaintiff and KATHRYN BUTLER, TRUSTEE UNDER GULF SHORE LAND TRUST, KATHRYN BUTLER, INDIVIDUALLY, JOHN LOEBIG, CARRIE FRIEDEL, TRISTA SCOTT, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a ISRAEL RAMERIZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a MARY MERCADO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN BUTLER, and LORRAINE TRAPHAGAN are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 19, 2012, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot Three (3), Less the West 33.75 feet thereof, and the North half (N1/2) of Lot Four (4), Block K, CORONADO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 75, of the Public Records of the Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be ASSESSED as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
