NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09001902CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ORLAIDA SANTANA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 608, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 15084 Page 873 and all exhibits and amendments thereof and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 142 Page 1 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
