NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522011CA005731XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-4 is Plaintiff and CINDY L. YEISLEY; et al; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
