NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009733 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, PAUL WHEELER, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5TH day of October 2012, the following described property:
LOT 31, VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80 AT PAGES 26 AND 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
