Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 52-2011-CA-001656 XX CICI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R4 is the Plaintiff, and LARRY FINKLE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, MACKAY GROVE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 62, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a/k/a 781, 783, 785 State Road 584, Palm Harbor, FL 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
