NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. B of Building 1811 of EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, according to the Declaration of Condominium, dated October 10, 1980, recorded October 17, 1980 in Official Records Book 5093 at Page 1 thru 79 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and any Amendments thereto. With the following street address: 1811 Bough Avenue, #B, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 28, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
