NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09002295CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Brian Palmer a/k/a Brian E Palmer, Jessica Palmer, GMAC Mortgage, LLC, Superior Roofing Concepts, Inc, Village Lake Condominium Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 11th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
