NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-011874-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BLUE WATER BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and RONALD S. NIETUPSKI, PATRICIA L. NIETUPSKI and REGIONS BANK are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 8, 2012 in an online sale at beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 1, as shown on Condominium Plat of BLUE WATER BAY, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 76, Page 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in O.R. Book 5749, Page 1475, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
