NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11001585CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jesse J. Rodas; Unknown Spouse of Jesse J. Rodas, if any; Unknown Tenant(s); and Whisper Wood Townhomes Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 28, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:

Book 7902, Page 1569, and O.R. Book 7903, Page 2224, Pubic Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 1 through 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
