NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2012, and entered in Case No.12-002651CO , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein is REGATTA BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, and VINEET GOEL and GRETCHEN GOEL, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., are Defendant(s) I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 7, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT C-712, OF REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13243, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
