NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-002839CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, PATRICIAN OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, wherein is Plaintiff, and SANDY PIETRANGELO, MARISA PIETRANGELO is Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 5th 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 207, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of PATRICIAN OAKS UNIT IX, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 4993, Pages 1751 through 1797, and its attachments and amendments and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Page 62, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
