NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-001394 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Michael F. Yagmin a/k/a Michael Yagmin, Branch Banking and Trust Company, Tenant #1 n/k/a Nicole Yagmin, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
