NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005332 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Pamela K. Dean; Unknown Tenant(s) and James F. Dean, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 27, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block B, Suburban Estates, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, page 68 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
