NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage foreclosure dated October 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-020028-CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BIEL REO, LLC, is the Plaintiff and DAG BROS, INC., a Florida Corporation, JOSEPH DAGOSTINO, an individual, FRANK DAGOSTINO, an individual, ANTHONY DAGOSTINO, an individual, JOANI DAGNOSTINO, an individual, HUBBARD ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation, ARTHUR W. BROADERICK, an individual, and NORTHERN TRUST, N.A. a national banking association are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 06, 2012, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 3 KENSINGTON OAKS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, Pages 11 through 13, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
