NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-017417 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Ione Abrantes, Tenant #1 N/K/A Aimee Dechow , Tenant #2 N/K/A Lisa Gray , Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, The Plantation in Pinellas Park, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 15, BUILDING C, THE PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 137, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14366, PAGES 833 THROUGH 889, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
