NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of July 2012 and entered in case number 52-2011-CA-004945 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 6TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA were upon BAY FUNDING COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ERIC A. SKALA, ANY AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAIND UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, OR OTHER CLAIMENTS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclosures.com at 10 AM on the eleventh day of September 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
