NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-003183, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and RONALD J. CREPEAU; ELISE K. CREPEAU, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BONNIE BAY UNIT THREE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 96 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
