NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 16, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 802, of 736 Island Way f/k/a 700 ISLAND WAY II, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of 700 ISLAND WAY II, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4341, Pages 2054-2100, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Pages 20-22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 21st of September, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
