NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on September 6, 2012 beginning at 2:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida to consider the petition of Pinellas County Parks and Conservation Resources to release the following:

A portion of platted streets, Harry Street, Grove Street, Willard Street
and Roy Street in R.E. Gause's Subdivision, Plat Book 3, Page 56, in
Section 26-27-15 as recorded in the public records of Hillsborough County,
Florida which Pinellas County was formally a part of.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
