Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

All that portion of land located and lying in Lot 1, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows: From the Northeast corner of said Section 5, as a point of reference, thence South 00 degrees 23'24” East along the East line of said Section, said line also being the centerline of 58th Street North (30' R/W), 507.21 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17'45” West, 15.00 feet to the West R/W line of said 58th Street North for a Point of Beginning; thence South 00 degrees 23'24” East along said West R/W line 107.21 feet; thence leaving said line North 89 degrees 17'45” West, 165.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 23'24” West, 107.21 feet; thence South 89 degrees 17'45” East, 165.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 4, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
