NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007606-XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corp., Successor by merger to AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 405 , WINDLEY PHASE 5 OF BACOPA BAY, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 9234, Page 2061, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 117, Page 35 through 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
