NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 24th day of July 2012 in Case No. 11-8719 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ESB-B/Q Holdings, LLC is Plaintiff, and Kellie Leitch, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 22nd day of October 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.real.foreclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
