and commonly known as: 3787 EXETER CT 105, PALM HARBOR, FL 34685; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
