NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-007116 DIV.19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services LLC, is the Plaintiff and Timothy J. Lynch; Johnathan Lynch; Unknown Spouse of Timonthy J. Lynch, (Refused Name); Unknown Spouse of Johnathan Lynch, (Refused Name); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation; Target National Bank/ Target Visa; State of Florida Department of Revenue; John Doe, N/K/A William Dempsey; Jane Doe, N/K/A Christina Maestra, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 28, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, LESS THE SOUTH THIRTY (30) FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 9, BLOCK K, SOUTH SHADOW LAWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 125 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
