PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida request statements of qualifications from Construction Management Firms to provide services for the following project (PLEASE NOTE: This project will include both campuses -- Oakhurst Elementary School AND Ponce De Leon Elementary School - as one project):

Scope: Renovate restrooms to meet accessibility requirements for both campuses. In addition, the sanitary sewer system needs to be assessed and repaired &/or replaced for both campuses.
Applicant must be a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and, if a Corporation, must be registered by the Department of State, Division of Corporations at the time of application.
Interested firms must submit the information required by the “Request for Qualifications” application packet, (revised December 2007), which may be obtained from the Office of the School Board Architect, (727) 547-7101. The “RFQ” application packet is available on our web page at https://www.pcsb.org. Two (2) original copies of the application (signed in blue ink) must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Friday, September 14, 2012. The application shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to David Gilson. For project information the project manager can be reached at (727-7120 office / 727-638-2023 cell.
In a “separate sealed envelope”, addressed exactly like the application envelope and with “Financial Information” typed on the face, submit one audited financial statement of the applicant firm which must include a balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and notes to the financial statement. The audited financial statement must not be older than 1 year. However, if the most current financial statement has not been audited, a current balance sheet must accompany the most recent audited financial statement.
A separate application must be submitted for each individual project. The Professional Services Selection Committee will evaluate the applications according to the law and the Policies and Procedures of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida.
