NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-3122-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 6, 2002 PCFA HOME EQUITY INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2003-IFC3, is Plaintiff and Cheri L. Tenney a/k/a Cheri Tenney, Richard Tenney, and Regions Bank successor by merger of AmSouth Bank, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 27th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 41, re-revised map of Indian Beach, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 6 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with that certain portion of Beach Drive, lying between the Westerly extension of the Northerly and Southerly boundaries of said Lot 1, which was vacated by resolution recorded in Official Records Book 5439 at Page 305 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
