DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR10 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and DELANA J. WOODS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELANA J. WOODS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
