NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006107 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-11 is the Plaintiff and PEDRO MARCANO; MIGUELINA MARCANO A/K/A MIQUELINA MARCANO; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOAN SMITH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on September 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
