FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and DANILO RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANILO RODRIGUEZ; IF ANY ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; TIFFANY ARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
